Our Founder

Pillar was founded by Shakeyla Bell, a leader, consultant, and advocate whose work has consistently centered on helping people, organizations, and communities move forward with greater clarity, stronger structure, and intentional support.

Drawing from more than a decade of experience across leadership, mentorship, program development, behavioral health, operations, and community engagement, she recognized a common need: people and organizations often possess tremendous vision but lack the structure necessary to sustain meaningful growth. Throughout her journey, one truth remained consistent: People flourish when they are supported, developed, and given healthy structure. That belief continues to shape the work, philosophy, and approach of Pillar today.
